Stratify Talent was founded by Sarah Tuz, a people and talent strategist with 15+ years of experience across cleared, technology, software, sales, administrative, and medical industries. Her experience across both startup and enterprise environments, including Deloitte, shaped her belief that businesses deserve HR and talent strategies that are both strategic and practical. That perspective inspired her to build a consulting company focused on helping organizations strengthen their people, processes, and ability to grow; regardless of size.
